How does the free trial work?
Paid plans start with 14 days free. Join the waitlist before we launch and you get 30 days free instead: we email you a code on launch day.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly, or yearly for two months free. Cancel from Settings any time, and your plan runs to the end of what you have paid for.
What does a card payment cost?
With cash and card pricing on, your client pays the card price, which covers the card processing. You receive the full price you set, and tips go to you in full.
I work inside someone else’s salon. Who pays?
You choose your own plan, Starter or Independent, and your payouts go to your own bank. The salon owner’s plan covers the salon, not your business.
We have a big team, or more than one location.
The Salon plan stops at $79 a month per location, for up to 20 stylists. Each location has its own plan. More than 20 stylists in one place? Email help@farrah.app and we’ll set up a plan that fits. More than one location? Email us and we’ll set them all up together.
Why is Farrah free for salon owners with independent stylists?
Your stylists already pay for their own Farrah, so we don’t charge you again for the same salon. If you also take clients yourself, add your own Independent plan.
Do my clients pay anything to use Farrah?
No. Clients only pay for their appointment.
